Rongsheng Group started in 1995, is a multinational group company mainly engaged in building materials production. Our products include ceramic tile, density plate (HDF), glass, aluminum alloy and other materials. Our factories in major Chinese cities such as Guangdong, Fujian and Yunnan have been developing for more than 20 years. The technical team has the leading technology and has overcome the technical problems of many industry. We now have production bases in many parts of the world. In 2021, we set up the Bunyan factory in Saudi Arabia.
The plant covers an area of 600,000 square meters, and the first phase project covers an area of 380,000 square meters. The first production has been put into operation, with a daily production capacity of 65,000 square meters tiles. The second line started in September, with a daily capacity of 65,000 square meters. Our tile brands are BUNYAN and SOLIDKING.
The first phase of the Bunyang plant was invested at $100 million. The main equipment adopts the most advanced model in China, using the Italian large presser. Kiln temperature LCD display, automatic temperature control, to ensure that there is no color difference. Tile pattern using 3D digital printer, high resolution, clear pattern.
Our entire line runs automatically. Bunyan factory management team is experienced, professional and has strong design capacity, we can meet the unique customization needs of customers. The factory laboratory has a complete set of product standard testing equipment to ensure the perfect quality.
Our ceramic tile products are rich and diverse, the main varieties of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, matt tiles, wood grain tiles, antique tiles, etc. The specifications are mainly 300*300, 300*600, 600*600, 800*800, 600*1200 and other specifications. In the strength, water absorption rate and heat and shock resistance and other indicators, our products are very advantageous.
